  • A printable poem in a black A4 frame. The poem is titled 'Plastic Mackintosh' by Jadine Lydia and reads 'The yellow coat, she wore. A plastic mackintosh, varnished with the smell of spring, a daffodil in disguise. She dipped in and out of the crowds, spreading her happy go lucky light, in the free-spirited way, in which one gives, one loves, and one simply does. Because it’s the only way. She flitted in and out, like a bumblebee, harvesting her sweet nectar. She picked up, dropped off, and revelled in the madness, of an ever-changing world. A world in which we bounce, reflect and retract, in a flurry of potent pollen, convulsions of effervescent energy. A world where we can choose, to reflect, retract or restore, the sun rays beneath the surface, of every inquisitive interaction. The yellow within us all.'

  • A poem about gratitude titled 'Life Jerk' by Jadine Lydia in an A5 frame. 'sometimes, it just hits me slap bang in the middle of my wild, jaded heart. that ecstatic feeling; a sharp slap on my cheek of chalk that says: wake up! this is life. it is here to be had, it is yours to be felt and you are here to delve into the good the bad and the beautiful. give thanks, for you are alive and every little cell in your ever-expanding body is renewed + revived. you are alive.'

  • An A4 poetry printable in a black frame titled 'A Quiet Kind of Trust' by Jadine Lydia in an A5 frame. 'trusting you taught me that love is not loud. trusting you taught me that love is patient, persistent and pure. trusting you taught me that love is humble, kind and slow – quiet whispers throughout the seasons of our lives. trusting you taught me that i did not have to give my body, in a state of numbness, but instead allow my skin to warm to you like honey over time. trusting you taught me that i did not have to lose myself, to be loved by you – nor lose God in the making of me. trusting you taught me that i could be myself heal myself, speak myself and become the best version of me. trust isn’t just a five-letter word, it’s the story of you and me.'

  • A poem by Jadine Lydia titled 'Hope.' 'i hope your heart finds the warmth it needs to caress your struggles with the grace of god. i hope your soul finds the strength it needs to sit patiently in limbo whilst your whole world rearranges itself into a technicolour miracle. i hope your body surrenders deeply in the face of adversity and rejoins the world with a body of scars that remembers not all battles are wounds, but a reminder to fall back into the arms of something bigger than yourself. a reminder that you were not built to struggle alone. a gentle reminder that when all is said, done and lost – you can always find hope.'

  • A poem by Jadine Lydia titled 'Momentary Stillness.' 'there’s something so delicate about the winter solstice, as if all living creatures are hung on the threads of momentary stillness, waiting for the earth to breathe life again - like the millisecond before a flower bud opens, like the oceans lull before the turn of the tide, like the breath before a newborn baby's cry. and in this momentary stillness, we must find hope, that all will be well. all will be replenished. all will be renewed, once more.'

  • A poem titled 'White Dust' by Jadine Lydia. 'She glittered. A thousand sparkles twinkling on a turquoise sea. She sprinkled, white dust on tiny pyramids of crystal, clear water, blessing each wave with eternal bliss. She floated, light as a feather, buoyant and bright, cradled by an ever-moving sea. She sang; streaming darkness from the watery depths, simply to be free.'
