My purpose is to inspire you, to give you hope in times of darkness, and to help you find strength when you feel lost.

Living with multiple chronic health conditions for over a decade of my life, I’ve had to dig deep and pull myself out of some dark places.

I’ve experienced the extremes of every human emotion and writing has been and always will be – my medicine.

I hope my writing moves you, inspires you, and helps you find the way through the challenges in your life.
