Do you ship internationally, and what are the shipping costs?

Yes, shipping is available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location, and are typically around £7 per large canvas print. If you are ordering multiple prints, each additional print of the same size adds about 1/3 to 1/2 of this base rate.

How quickly will i receive my poetry artwork canvas?

After payment is complete, your canvas will be printed in 1-2 business days. Shipping times then vary by region:

  • Europe & UK: 2-5 business days
  • USA & Canada: 3-7 business days
  • Australia: 4-8 business days
Therefore, the total delivery time is typically 3-9 business days depending on location.

Can I return or exchange a print if it doesn’t fit my space?

Since all prints are custom-printed to order, we don’t accept returns if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size, colour, or design. However, if a print arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, photo of the barcode label, and the order ID.

Are the frames included, and what materials are they made from?

Yes, you can choose either a framed or canvas-only options. Frames are solid wooden (black) frames from renewable sources.

Are the canvas prints easy to hang?

Yes! Our canvas prints come ready to hang with pre-installed sawtooth hangers and rubber bumpers. The rubber bumpers protect your wall and keep the artwork perfectly aligned, so hanging is super straightforward.

Can I order a custom or personalized piece?

Yes, we can offer personalised and custom poetry artwork, subject to location. This includes:

  • The option to have any standard print hand-embellished with gold to add some extra sparkle.
