As a type A personality, I’ve spent most of my life feeling like a swan, moving gracefully on the surface whilst paddling for my life beneath the surface – hiding tidal waves of emotions within a carefully managed lake of ripples.
The thing I’ve come to learn is that hiding YOU and your experiences from the world is an absolutely EXHAUSTING way to live.
I’m far from perfect when it comes to expressing my emotions; however, poetry and songwriting have helped me massively on my journey.
